Seriously, has anyone ever had it when your friends with someone on Facebook
, but you don't really know why? I'm saying this because Becca, this girl who was an okay friend of mine in School (we were never close friends) posted this status last night implying that people who go on a night out
and get drunk are low lives
(By the way, this is the same Becca who threatened to beat up Kim F over a stupid photo that had absolutely nothing to do with her. I made an older journal entry about it here: bloodontheveil.deviantart.com/…
Seriously, I'm a University
student, and me and my friends have gone on a night out and yes, that involved getting drunk (and feeling like death in the morning
) but that's because it's part of the lifestyle, we may want to get our mind off things (like stress over coursework) or simply JUST FOR FUN. Is there seriously something wrong with that? Also, I drink on the weekend with family
and friends because like I said, it take my mind off things and it's nice to relax and treat myself to a good drink after a long and stressful week.
Anyway, me and my friends saw it, and we got annoyed at it because she made it out that everyone who drinks (whether it be for a party, celebration or just going out to have fun) are low. She also upset Shona, because a close friend of her died a while back
and he was a drinker (he didn't die from drinking too much though) and because they were really close friends, Shona got really upset because Becca was implying that he was a low life too.
So anyway, after Shona and TrioBadge
commented on the status, she decides to delete it, so TrioBadge
made a long status about how people don't only drink to get drunk, but also for things like socializing, celebrating a birthday or wedding or even to help someone pull through a rough moment in their life. But after this status was made (with a lot
of comments from me and my friends. In the end, it just turned to funny comments
), Becca messaged Shona and TrioBadge
this morning and told them they were both being two faced
She claimed that they "twisted her words" and got it all wrong and she also claimed that she didn't mean that people shouldn't drink, but that it's low if you drink all the time (completely ignorant that some people have drinking
problems that they struggle to get over) Well, if she meant that, then why didn't she bloody well say so?
It was the way she was conveying her message
that got us annoyed, because instead of specifying that she's fine with drinking for other reasons, she just insinuated that drinking of any kind is low, making her sound ignorant and judgmental.
Honestly, I've had enough of that girl. All she does is argue non-stop on Facebook, mostly with bullies from our School. Seriously, she'll add them (or accept their friend request) and when they start
to put rude comments on her posts, instead of blocking them (as that's the sensible thing to do. It's always better not to retaliate with cyber bullying and just block them), she'll retaliate with things like "Oi, just shut your fat gob! I don't care what you think!!"
This has happened like more than five times. I've even told her to STOP KEEPING CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE and just block them, or better yet, DON'T ADD THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. It's funny how she claims
she's "moved on" from School, yet she stills keeps in contact with the bullies there and when they start to pick on her, she rages back and then about five minutes later, makes a status on how she's getting bullied.
Urghh, seriously Becca, just GO AWAY already!
